The Stratford at San Mateo HOA and Resident Council
About us
The Stratford of San Mateo is an independent-living continuing-care retirement community in San Mateo, California managed by Sunrise Senior Living. We are a Homeowners Association (HOA), and all residents are condominium owners who are Members of the Association. The Association also serves as a Resident Council under the California Resident Community Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) statutes. The Council makes recommendations to Sunrise on how to improve the quality of daily living and care in the facility and promotes and protects residents’ rights.
